Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms govern the use of Mira Creator (creator.hello-mira.com and the Mira Creator iPhone app), a short-video production service published by CES Venture, a French SAS registered under SIREN 991 370 115, 165 avenue de Bretagne, 59000 Lille, France, under the Hello Mira brand.
The service
Mira Creator lets you create projects, write scripts, plan shots, store the videos you film, transcribe and edit them, assemble a finished video and publish it to the social accounts you connect, such as TikTok.
Your account
You sign in with your Hello Mira account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and must keep your access secure.
Your content
You keep all rights to the scripts, videos, transcripts and edits you create. You give Hello Mira the limited right to store and process them only to provide the service to you (storage, transcription, assembly, publication at your request).
You must hold the rights to everything you upload or publish, including music, images and the people who appear in your videos, and follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.
Publishing to social networks
Mira Creator publishes a video only when you ask it to, to the account you choose and with the settings you choose. Platforms may refuse, delay, restrict or remove a post according to their own rules; Hello Mira cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or stay online.
You can disconnect a social account at any time from Social accounts in Mira Creator, or from the security settings of the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mira Creator to publish illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, or to attempt to access other people's data.
Availability and liability
Mira Creator is provided as it is, and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, CES Venture is not liable for indirect damage, loss of audience or revenue, or for the decisions of third-party platforms.
End of use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted by writing to [email protected].
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office of CES Venture, subject to mandatory consumer rules. Contact: [email protected].
